Service was fast and friendly.
I had a window issue with my 15 year old, +200k mileage Honda. R. Frankel in the parts department could not have been nicer. He understood I was price sensitive and didn’t want to invest too much in my old car. And the installer was equally nice. I would highly recommend their Parts Department!
This is my 2nd purchase with Avalon and always got a good deal. Bill S. is awesome and was able to get me the vehicle that i want and save some by getting a Honda True Certified Pre Owned with lower mileage. Don't mind the drive to save a few bucks and peace of mind. I also appreciate the lady at the back office for staying late to complete seal the deal.
Ross was amazing! I can say enough about the excellent service I got here. On vacation, car broke down and Ross was able to not only able to assist with getting my loaner through my extended warranty but the car was done the day before my rental in ocean city was up! What a stress relief! The team here made my vacation still a vacation despite this emergency. Thank you so much Ross and your team at Honda!!
