Very friendly service. Service department very friendly, and efficient. Did all they said they would do and had it done when they said they would. Made me feel like I was their most important customer.
Before I write this review, I'd like to say that Joe DeMonte did his absolute best to work with me to make things right. With that said, I do not think they should have ever sold the car I purchased from them. In the summer of 2024, I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic that came with a six month warranty. Shortly after I bought it there were a number of suspension issues and the fuel pump failed. They repaired the car, but after that whenever I'd fill the tank there would always be a faint gasoline smell, which I convinced myself ... read more

Honda Avalon was incredibly helpful with assisting me purchase my first ever vehicle. They gave me the best prices and discounts and made the whole experience easy and hassle free. Ryan Fitzpatrick was especially helpful during the process, listening to my needs for the vehicle and explaining the various functions of the one I did end up deciding on. I felt welcomed and in good hands every step of the way and would definitely recommend people to use Honda Avalon for their next purchase.
