Ross Seifert took good care of me during my recent service appointment. He kept me up-to-date on my service progress and even provided me with estimates for new tires (2 options). He's always a pleasure to work with.
1 star, I did get my money back. Took my car in for an oil change. Left heard a noise they never clipped back up skid plate. Had to take it back to get that fixed. Not the lady at customer services fault unfortunately she's the face of the incompetent people in back. Will not be going back. Sad when a Honda dealer can't even manage an basic oil change right!
