If you want to torture yourself and your loved one, use Avalon. We required 24 hour care for our family member. This agency sent a caregiver to the home who was very ill and slept on the couch. Another caregiver bruised the ribs of the person they were caring for by being so rough, rolled cigerettes, and snuck shots of whiskey.
