We've been at Avalon for 2 years and those were my first 2 years in the USA. Now that I moved (3 months ago) I can tell you to skip this building and Avalon company all and all. We only moved 2miles away but we pay HALF of what we did in Avalon, for the exact same space on a muuuuch better location. We thought we were paying so much for the professional establishment, quiet part of the town, amenities.
