Awesome place The staff was very professional, I am a tenant living at renaissance at strawberry creek and everything about this place is great!! I would highly recommend this place to others!!
Great apartments They are definitely newly renovated and a great place to live i just moved in and have no complaints! Also a quiet area which is also a plus

Strawberry Creek This community is extremely beautiful and peaceful. The office staff was accommodating and friendly also. The location is close to shopping center, restaurants, and transportation.
New tenant Moved here three weeks ago. They have taken care of every concern . Their management has been great. The apartments are renovated and pretty clean.
Looks like a dump I drove by and the pool was empty, trash and dumpsters all over, even a car with no wheels up on ramps. Take a look for yourself. Not what it looks like here at all.
STAY AWAY My mom currently lives there and has been without air conditioning on the hottest days of Florida. The windows won’t open so she’s trapped in the heat with only fans. She won’t leave and come to my place because Alice keeps telling her someone will come fix it and mom is afraid she’ll miss the tech. Mold has set in so I doubt they’ll fix that too. Stay away from this place.
Terrible Don’t waste your money they put you in mold infested apartments and maintenance will never fix anything
