The new management is horrible. You have to raise hell just to get someone from maintenance to fix anything. The entire staff is horrible
THEY ARE THE WORST WITH FIXING THINGS!! It wasn't too bad when we first moved in, but the new management is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I put in a work order for a leaking sink a month ago and also went to the office about it. Now leak in ceiling. I wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy!! 🗣️WE CAN'T WAIT FOR OUR LEASE TO BE UP
I'm a current resident and since the new management took over,living here has been hell!! The maintenance is terrible when it comes to repairs. Their excuse is that they are under staffed and have back orders. Granted the maintenance only work Monday through Friday and only emergency on the weekend. Which that's a lie. My water heater went out on us on a Saturday night, I went to the office Sunday morning. No one came until Monday afternoon. I will definitely not be resigning my lease with them!!!
