I don’t recommend moving in here!!! I’ve needed a new refrigerator for 5 months, there not spraying for bugs so I have a Roach infection now and my A/C has been broken all summer! Thankfully my apartment doesn’t face the sun because it would be hotter in here. I’ve been a resident for 5 years and things get worse every year.
Well when i lived there it was great but 2 YEARS after i moved out i get a note on my CREDIT REPORT saying i own yall $200. WTF i left my forwarding information and i heard nothing from you. Now all of a sudden im sent to collections and my score drops 75 points.
AVALON HEIGHTS is one of THE WORSE apartment complexes in Charlotte. They do not care about their residents, and the staff can get rude with you for asking for maintenance help. They get upset when asked to do what they were hired for. My mom's mails have been missing so many times, the entire mailbox is broken and open to the public, leaving residents with zero privacy. New ownership ! New management , finally looking like we are turning around!
Like all the other posts I see here this place is horrible because they fix nothing. I have maintenance requests that date back over a year and still nothing has been done not including the new ones which are a couple of months old and there favorite response is you are on the list so you want us to pay full rent but don’t have full use of the apartment we are paying for which is crazy and the staffs it is what it is ok whatever kills me.
