This was my first time at AVALON salon. There was a misunderstanding with the first stylist who did my color and I was not pleased with the outcome. After speaking with the manager the following day, nothing was resolved to my satisfaction. I received a call from one of the owners, she apologized and offered to have another stylist work with me free of charge.
