You review is not really reflect what happened in reality. You moved in 11/22/2018 and all maintenance requests were handled in timely manner. Rats in the building were due to tenants failure to use trash cans provided by owner and the trash left on the property is what attract the rats. You moved out because eviction was filed against you for none payment of rent.
