Excellent Maintenance Technician, but Disappointed with Avalon Management I want to give a 5-star review to the maintenance technician who helped me. Jimmy and Jolani are the best!! They work quick and helped us get our new washer and dryer hooked up and are super nice with our reactive dog!
Jelani and team resolved my maintenance request quickly
Every time there’s an equipment issue in our home I know that these guys will take care of it in a timely manner! And while my husband is at work they have never made me feel uncomfortable in my own home while fixing what is requested. They go above and beyond here and that’s something I greatly appreciate.
Exceptional support by Jimmy!
