Customer service at front office could be improved. Alot of theft in mail area. Needs improvement on security and cameras. Poor management.
This is the second time I’ve had a package marked as delivered (with photo proof showing it left in the mailroom), but the package is missing. I understand this may not be the apartment’s fault, as carriers should be placing packages in mailboxes or parcel rather than leaving them unattended. However, as residents, there’s nothing beyond providing access codes and delivery instructions, which are not followed by carriers. With that being said, if your package is lost, it is lost.
