RecommendedWe lived at Avalon in Framingham for almost 2 years, we absolutely loved it. The community is great and the staff is simply 5 stars, Natalia, Lauren, Leo and Emilio are awesome. They are always pleasant, polite, understanding and ready to help you. Wonderful place to live!
Avalon framingham is an amazing place that we could call it a sweet home! It has been a wonderful experience living there for the past 3 years. All the leasing office staffs and the maintenance teams are super nice and professional. High recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a home around the area!
Have been living here for 2.5 years. Perfect location, immaculately maintained grounds, gym, pool. Maintenance is very responsive, prompt and takes care of everything almost immediately. The leasing office is excellent - rental process was a breeze, and day to day interaction regarding packages etc is great. We also have a dog and he absolutely loves the park and his Avalon buddies. Community events are an added plus! Highly recommend this community with proximity to everything one might need.
Life here at Avalon is good. I feel taken care of, everyone on staff are so pleasant and helpful.
I love it here. Moved in a few weeks ago. Grounds and amenities are immaculate. It's quiet. And close to almost everything anyone could need. Staff is helpful and courteous.
