Interesting that my first review was kept when I moved in but my move out review was erased. Here is my update ….the office staff is dismissive and do not take complaints serious. I complained several times about cigarette smoke( it is a non-smoking building) and they said they would look into it. I suffer from migraines and that is a trigger and it was not taken serious. It’s rare to find a team that truly makes residents feel welcome. It really makes a difference living in a place where the staff provides such great service.
