Avalon has been an overall great experience living here for just under 1 year. Monika (service supervisor) is friendly & helpful, and Robert from maintenance is always on top of fixing things quickly for your apartment. The building is very nice & the location is convenient. My only complaint is that the floors / ceilings feel super thin, so you can hear a lot of noise from the apartment above.
Best building apartment in the area ! Very safe and comfortable and the staff are 5 stars! And I have to thank for the excellent service from maintenance guy ( Robert Buchan ) I called to ask for maintenance in my AC and he came and fixed less then 5 min after my call ! Really a great job !
I’ve had such a great experience living at Avalon Fort Lauderdale! One of the biggest highlights has been Mauricio and Robert, the maintenance technicians; they're seriously the best. Always friendly, super responsive, and gets things done quickly and efficiently.
