My husband and I live Avalon Flooring in EHT. We’ve been going there almost 3 years and have been using Jennifer DelBeato. She is so sweet and always gives the best advice when it comes to designs.
Went there today, spent 1 plus hours in there picking out flooring samples for several rooms and was told I can only borrow two at one time. I explained I was doing several rooms and she did not care, only 2 flooring samples at one time. They are not the most friendliest people to talk to either. That is okay, I will take by business elsewhere.
Don't bother! I was told the tile I choice was in-stock tile. Asked 10 days later where was the tile? They told me they have no idea or when it's coming in. In the mean time have contractors coming with no tile. Having to order same tile from Amazon which will come in on Tuesday.
Their sales people always appear to be annoyed by questions. They can't answer any of my questions about installation. I bought tile but came back when I realized I needed bullnose. They said that line didn't have any bullnose. That would have been nice to know before I bought it. I returned all the tile in unopened boxes and they made me pay the 20% restocking fee. Alright, first off the sales people here make money on commission, that's the first thing you should know so if you're a first timer probably a bad idea because they know how to talk. I admit they do know their stuff, but of course they'll always try to direct you into buying something. My suggestion is look around first, AWAY from them and when you find a few things you like ask for the prices and write down the questions along the way.
