Improved the music dramatically
Great gym — one of my favorites. Only downside is the music… it could really use an upgrade. It’s consistently bad every time I work out.
I spent a week in Avalon and was very impressed with the facility and operation. All of the equipment was either brand new or had recently been renovated, and the outdoor space was awesome! I will be coming here every time I’m in Avalon in the future. Kenny was very welcoming and took care of the 3 referrals I sent!
Go there daily. Open everyday year round. Good selection of machines, free weights, and dumbbells. Multiple types of cardiovascular equipment. In the summer outside area is open with additional equipment. Doubles the workout space. Classes held upstairs. This place is my go-to place every morning. Convenient access with your phone.
