One year edit: What can I say? Great neighbors, perfect location, great staff. It’s clean, You can’t do much better than this place. Great building so far. The amenity spaces are all updated, my apartment is large with huge windows Residents are quiet. Arguably the best location in Boston. Katherine in the office is great and Mohammed at the front desk is always happy to see you. Tara is fabulous to deal with, she has initiative, is goal oriented, and she understands how to get things done is a professional and friendly manner. She spotted my wife's purse left on an internal bench and she immediately took charge of it, and got it back to us. She's a great asset to 77 Exeter!
Great building with an outstanding location. One of the friendliest managers (Tara special thanks to you) and doormen. Honest and no dirty tricks move in and out process. A++.
