I do not lightly leave bad reviews, but property owners need to beware of Avalon. While our first few years with them were smooth due to an excellent initial team, the current management is unresponsive and completely unsupportive of the landlord. When we decided to sell our condo, the tenant they placed in our unit stopped paying rent for three months, blocked real estate showings, and left the property damaged and filthy (including tearing up tile on the lanai). This is the worst property management company. Their management is careless, and the staff is extremely unprofessional.

Don’t ever be there tenant, don’t ever have them oversee your property. You will regret that decision for years. I hope they get their license pulled. They are corrupt and have no dignity. They for sure care more about the people that don’t make them money, aka property owners. And will throw tenants under the bus any chance they get as long as it gets them out of paying anything. Here’s your warning, check BBB if you need reassurance.
