I have the best memories of this place. Purchased my shares in 1993 for about half of what most cars cost these days. I built a set of mahogany kitchen cabinets with a table saw in the basement common room, and walked all around that city when it was a gritty second-tier town, long before Amazon and Microsoft turned it into what it is now.
