RecommendedDuring my visit to my sister for the holidays at Avalon Clinton Joel was exquisitely pleasant to my family and I. He catered to our needs answered all of our inquiries with the upmost professionalism including food services near the area (Especially great pizza with extra cheese NOM NOM NOM). Each day he would greet my family with a “Good Evening, Morning, Good Night” Your staff is amazing but none like Joel. Thank You for all that you do keep up the good work and the amazing quality in customer service.
Avalon Clinton continuously exceeds expectations. The service within Avalon Bay Communities is wonderful. The team is full of hospitality. Avalon Bay Communities architect, engineers and builders are talented. 360-degree Rooftop views are mind-blowing. Building atmosphere is refreshing, rejuvenating and loving. I am one of the lucky women in Planet Earth to live in Avalon Clinton. Thankful and Grateful. I look forward to being an Avalon Bay Communities Asset.

We just moved in to Avalon Clinton from Boston. It was hellish for us to move all of our stuff on our own. Hauling our stuff that filled our 15-ft u-haul truck to the brim. Our concierge man, Genci, helped us coordinate our move that took 4 hours and stood by us the whole time while making sure he attended other tenants. And because of that, we successfully moved in l. This man deserves all the praises he can get!
