RecommendedI'm not sure how to express how accommadating Chevelle was when our move-in was delayed. She deals with demands and impatience and rudeness all day long, but remains so absolutely patient and real. I hope she sees this, because it's from the heart!
Been living here for a year. The day-to-day service from everyone here is the best I've ever seen (for instance, Vyonna offered to help us print documents to saved us a trip to UPS/Fedex yesterday). The apartment itself is really nice too - great views, great amenities, and a great experience overall

Just picked up a delivery at the front desk and was reminded of how lucky we are to be in the Avalon during this crisis. My husband and I have been residents here since June 2015 as first-time residents in New York from Los Angeles. From the very first day, the staff here has been outstanding. I have been living at Avalon for a few years now. I love this building and the service is amazing. The whole staff has always been very professional and attentive. And today, I wanted to particularly thank Alex, our doorman in the south tower in Hell's Kitchen. He's been so nice and carrying, always greeting you with a smile, remembers your name, always ready to help with any questions or received packages, which is heart warming, especially nowadays with the Cover-19 situation. I came in to deliver groceries at Avalon and came in contact with the most professional and personable concierge. Her name is Vyonna. She’s a breath of fresh air!
