I used to live living here, but it's gone south (other than having an amazing Maintenance Team). The Manager, Danielle is very unprofessional and pried into my personal business. Along with this, I mentioned that we were not the problem with a nice complaint (no one was home at the time), and they insist a noise complaint that actually was the neighbor. in addition, the dog barks are non-stop, yet, they won't give those neighbors a nose complaint. Great community! Great area and amenities! Excellent location. A very supportive and professional maintenance team. I have been living in this community for 13 years, and I really enjoy living here.
I do not recommend Avalon Burbank. Expensive for the quality. Not luxury at all. Too many problems, like spiders in my place at least twice a month or more for the last year. Maintanence doesn’t do a great job maintaining the building. Everything is Mickey Mouse. They paint over everything so they can flip the apartments so it is “clean”. All my dishes, cups, bowl sticks to the shelf and paint either chips or peeled away. Doors, hinges are the same. While touring this place about 2 years ago, they tried to make it seem like the perfect complex, showing off amenities and a clean nice atmosphere. However, shortly after we moved in things took a turn. The property is always a complete MESS. Broken glass on the floors that never get cleaned up, dog poop everywhere, urine (animal or human we will never know) and any other disgusting thing that winds up on or around the property stays for months. It’s been such a great experience living here, familiar environment, nice people around, outstanding amenities, very supportive staff, they always help when you need them and the location is unique. We totally recommend Avalon Burbank, we love it as well as our family and friends.
