Welcome to the worst community in the area. Gates are open 24/7, pool area is constantly under renovation. Completely 0 security. My car was scratched on the premises and there are no cameras to identify who did it. If you are worried about the safety of your kids - I’ve cut my leg on the broken tile in the pool and it’s also infested with dog crap. I have been living here for more than a month and it has been great. Miguel was my point of contact and he has been great in every way to making me feel welcome to the community to guiding me throughout the whole move-in process. He was also pleased to hear about me being raised in this area and comparing to what it was and to what it is now, great staff, great community all around!
Our attempts to contact the property management for these issues were met with slow and unhelpful responses. The lady at the office was very disrespectful .We tried to explain a situation were our Tv and computer were damaged because of the nerighboors who accidentally caused these damages. In apartment buildings, accidental sprinkler activation can cause water damage, and liability for repairs and damages typically falls on the tenant who caused the activation, or the landlord if the sprinkler system was faulty.
