I'm not one to post bad reviews. But these people are thieves. When you move out, they tell you you don't have to do anything about the supposed move-out inspection. After you leave, they charge you whatever they want, with no right to complain. If you don't want to pay, they damage your credit. Stay away from these thieves.
Just moved in and having great experiences with staff and team Nicole and Angel we awesome in getting us processed and welcoming us in.Jorge the maintenance associate was very attentive and took care of everything thing that needed to be taken care of quickly and very responsible. Looking forward to living here for a few years

Estoy bien contento con la oficina de Avalon Bonterra. Especialmente con Miguel Ángel y Nikol. Siempre me tratan con la mayor disposición y en cuanto al servicio de mantenimiento siempre recibo una respuesta inmediata, hace unos días atrás solicite un filtro para el AC y no duraron ni 15vminutos para reemplazarme. Estoy bien contento con el equipo de servicio al cliente y si es una buena opción vivir en esta comunidad. Sebla recomiendo.
