I have been living at Avalon Bonterra for nearly 5 years and the experience has been wonderful. Nicole is very responsive, helpful, attentive and kind. Whatever problem there may be, she will rush to try and find a solution. If you are deciding on where to rent, this is definitely the place. Jorge was fabulous he fixed everything I asked for. Very good handy man
I live here for one year. From my experience they office work hard all the time to take care of things. Sometimes people leave mess but they always clean and help manenimento is always working and they are very nice. Office has coffee and pool table very nice.
