I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma from Avalon Auto. The experience I had was incredible all around. They helped me find the truck that was right for me at a price that made sense for my budget. They even washed it before I left the lot. I have purchased cars from other dealers and off Carvana. The service was better and the purchase experience was just as seamless as Carvana. I'll be back when I need another vehicle. Thanks guys!
Bought a Toyota Tundra from Frank at Avalon Auto. They coordinated with a family member to meet and show the truck as I am in another state. Process was seamless, easy, and transparent. Frank was always available to answer any and all questions. Truck had to be shipped across country and he did everything he could to facilitate the process. Shopping for cars in the Atlanta area is, at best, hit or miss. I cant emphasize enough how straight-forward and transparent Avalon Autos is. I will be going back to them any time i need another vehicle. The selection is excellent, the cars are solid and incredibly fairly priced. My daughter absolutely LOVES her Honda. I got a 2001 Lexus in September of 2024. I spent 5100 for the car. I then had to spend an additional 8000+, and finally have given up on trying to get the car fixed. The check engine light comes on no matter what a Master Mechanic tries to do to it. Furthermore, it surges when accelerating. Three mechanics/shops have attempted to diagnose the problem with no solution, and one of those mechanics is a Master Mechanic. I'd share the blame and give them 2.5 stars if I could. I cannot. Vivimos a dos horas de esta oficina y usando el internet mi esposo encontró el carro favorito de mi hijo y que desde joven yo quería un “Volkswagen “, (como le decimos nosotros un coquito), llamamos y nos atendieron de maravilla, hicimos todo por teléfono 📱 luego manejamos dos horas y al llegar al Lugar nos pareció muy organizado y una atención de primera.
