When I saw negative comments of people I cancelled to come there sorry.
Kimberly has been wonderful from the very beginning! I am currently a new resident and she has made the move in process very easy and streamline. Any questions and concerns I had she was able to address in a prompt manner. She is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills! She is a great asset to the team and I highly recommend leasing at Avalon at North Charleston!
After seeing these reviews, I would recommend the residents contact the governor’s office and Harv Jacob’s, the news reporter from WCSC. Those of you dealing with mold issues need to contact DHEC.
As the Ex Leasing Agent in the photo before my review today I will say, “God will show my TRUTH”. The worst job I ever accepted for 18.75 an hour. The commitment I gave to responding to after hour calls, day off assignments, & weekend delegations that even the PM couldn’t commit to throws me for loops now looking back. But, this too it testament. #CastTheeNotJudgementUponMe #GodsSON #GMI #FiredAndEvicted
The over all experience here at Avalon since I’ve moved in has been soooooo AMAZING. The ladies in the office are always so helpful and the maintenance team always responds so quickly. I could ask for more out of my home and the community. 10 STARS
