Been living here since the original owners managed this property. Three owners later and now AMCS owns it. This place is laughable, staff is lazy, phone calls are never answered, vm is always full so you can't leave a msg. Service request take too long to address or go unresolved but get marked as 'complete.' This property offers nothing for the community such as no pool, tennis courts, playground equipment for children, etc... The AMCS 'home office' is a joke as well.
