Latasha and Tonia manage the property and they are wonderful. I own Southern Roofing and it is always nice when working with a great property manager. The complex is beautiful and in a great location. Highly recommend.
Got a place here about a week ago. Was working with Jailene Ramos and things went very smooth. Had no issues and it was a great experience and the apartment is perfect, we love it so far. Edit Sept 19th: So I've gotta change this because I am having issues with my AC and I've put in 4 work orders. The first one maintenance came out and put refrigerant in the unit. All good you'd think, well not really. I can't get the thermostat to go under 80 and it's only 84 outside when I made this change to the review(Sept 19th). I bough... read more
Communication is terrible, I've never dealt with something like this from a property ever, like its terrible
