My friend and I have been having a great experience with the property. The maintaince staff is extremely helpful and quick. The property is nice and clean thanks to Nora, who always takes her time with everything. Even though we have to move our cars out of the driveway for the trash to get picked up which can be difficult due to differing work schedules. Every time I walk outside in the morning, I always see Nora cleaning up the community. She makes sure everything is picked up and clean for the tenants to enjoy the communal areas.
As I was walking my dog in the quart yard in this February heat I was watching Nora clean the BBQ pits and I just had to extend a thanks to her for always taking her time to clean them. She keeps the community clean and I will say no matter the weather I’ve never seen her do a rush job. I’m so hot I’m rushing my dog to pee right now and she’s taking her time cleaning the grills so they are ready for use every day, and I’ve seen these things get used literally every day. Thanks Nora!
I've been living here since 2022, and after my first lease ended, I chose to move to another unit within the complex — that’s how much I enjoy it. The property is always clean, communication from management is clear and consistent, and I’ve never had any issues with the administration or my neighbors. Huge shout-out to John from the maintenance team and the rest of the crew; they’re fantastic! BONUS: The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and I love taking long walks around here.
This place is home! The staff knows us by name and takes time to greet and talk with us. Maintenace staff are exceptional and quick to respond. Areas are well maintained and beautiful. We have a three bedroom. Two of the bedrooms are a nice size. The smallest one has a spacious closet. We have lived here 9 years (4 in an upstairs apartment and 5 in a downstairs) Each level has its pros and cons. Street parking is limited but each apartment has two spaces (one garage and one driveway for tandem parking).
