This place is home! The staff knows us by name and takes time to greet and talk with us. Maintenace staff are exceptional and quick to respond. Areas are well maintained and beautiful. We have a three bedroom. Two of the bedrooms are a nice size. The smallest one has a spacious closet. We have lived here 9 years (4 in an upstairs apartment and 5 in a downstairs) Each level has its pros and cons. Street parking is limited but each apartment has two spaces (one garage and one driveway for tandem parking).
We have been living in Eaves Mission Ridge for 22 years. We love this apartment complex. It is very clean, beautiful, well-kept. The management and maintenance team are very professional and friendly. The structure of the apartments is very convenient. Not all complexes have a washer and dryer inside the apartment. Periodically, there are updates and improvements on the territory of the complex, such as updates to the pool, gym, playground, etc. I think this is one of the most beautiful communities in San Diego.
I'm so happy living here. The Property looks amazing. The cleaning lady Nora is such a wonderful person and so polite. She always keeps the Property and the gym so clean. The whole team is amazing! So glad I moved here.
Lived here for about 3 years and loved it! Everyone is so nice here and the office is very attentive. Thank you Austin, mark and John for always taking care of my concerns!
