Well appointed apartments, good facilities, convenient neighbourhood. Slightly loud if facing on King Street due to Caltrain Station.
A few of us shoot hoops here between 5 and 7 on Tuesdays.
Don't rent an apartment facing 4th or king st. Motorcycles race off of 280 and the windows do nothing to keep the noise out.

19th floor view is spectacular! Don't forget about the hot tub on the 4th floor either.
