I’d like to start by saying the community itself is great. It’s well-organized with lots of greenery, a decent exercise room, cute monthly activities, regular food trucks, and friendly front desk and on-site staff. Angie and Felix, in particular, have always been helpful and amazing. However, my issues were with the apartment itself and the maintenance supervisor. Pay 4K a month for everything in the apartment to barely work. The microwave was broke and never fixed, dishwasher hardly washes, air conditioner can’t keep the house conditioned, fridge sucks, oven is 15 degrees off, washing machine leaks and there’s water damage and probably mold, bath tub leaks and probably has mold. The fastest internet option is horrible. None of the interior doors open or close properly because they were installed wrong. Put in multiple tickets and get half assed help every time.
