Just completed a self guided tour. It was super easy to set up and to do. The community is clean and people are friendly. Very conveniently located!
Stay clear! Very disappointed after 10year residency grounds are unsafe with neighborhood bullies. Dog poop everywhere. Constant leaks and mold issues that go unfixed. Maintenance is excellent showing up but the problem doesn't get resolved and top it off they charge your cards without authorization! Yes that part!
Excellent and very professional with Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry issues.
Elmer is just the best, timely, efficient and super nice. He has always been super responsive whenever I have had any issues.
I had my first problem living here, an issue with my AC on a very hot night. My AC system completely shut down. I posted an emergency service ticket & got a call from Manny within minutes. We discussed the problem & He came as soon as he could, fixed the problem & was a pleasure to talk to. The Avalon community is fortunate to have someone of his caliber keeping our properties maintained and working. Manny thank you again!!!
