Coming from the Avalon up in Boonton, my wife and I hoped it would be similar... unfortunately that wasn't the case. Within the first week of living there, my wife and I noticed a large patch of mold growing in the ceiling of the garage caused from the AC's evaporator drain line hidden behind their locked maintenance closet in the unit. I’ve been living at Avalon for the past three years and have had a very positive experience. The maintenance team is truly outstanding. Recently, I had an issue with my AC, and Elmer, as always, went above and beyond to resolve it as quickly as possible. Day-to-day maintenance requests are handled promptly, and Elmer and the entire team are consistently polite, professional, and efficient. I really appreciate their dedication and excellent service.
Would not recommend living here, especially if you want to be able to control the temperature in your townhome! Amongst all the other issues others have stated, the biggest that stood out was that, residents are not able to switch between AC and Heat at their request. Maintenance must manually move three different levers to change from heat to AC system. So in Spring and Fall, residents must decide whether to melt in 90 degree heat or freeze in 30 degree weather due to the climate jumps. Maintenance will only shift the lever... read more

I had a plumbing issue at the house. It was pretty complex, but David fixed it very quickly, and the job is now completely finished. Thank you so much for your kindness and efficiency.
