If i could afford the crazy prices i would have broken my lease 6 months ago. If you’re wanting extra roommates this is a great option for you! Rats and roaches every where, ceilings walls floors. Everyday. I’ve received one “roach treatment” to my apartment already and it did not make the least bit of difference. Can’t invite any friends or family to your apartment because you never know when a roach is going to crawl out of a cabinet or if there will be a rat waiting outside your door for them!
I lived in this community for only one year and that was much longer than I would have liked. Not going to put in writing what I have already given to management. Two wrongs don't a right. I'm in the midst of a service request as I am writing this rating. 8 yrs but not sure I'll make 9. I'm now retired and on a fixed income. Can't afford the rent being raised $100.00, every time l renew my lease.
