RecommendedI moved into Avalon at Chase Oaks in late December. Percy the property manager and staff made me feel welcomed. They listened to me and my request I wanted in a new apartment. Showed me 3 units and let me decide which unit I felt was best for me. I absolutely love the unit I selected. The complex is super quiet and I am enjoying my new place. Everyone is extremely nice and attentive to resident needs. Happy I chose the Avalon at Chase Oaks.
RecommendedAvalon is willing to work with people if you give them a heads up. I’m thankful for they’re help. Especially Tracie in the office which coming from working in customer service, some people’s job go unappreciated. So again, thank you to the Avalon family from the bottom of my heart!
Recommendedjust now I have lived in apartments in Dallas, Denton, Lewisville, and Carrollton - Avalon by FAR surpasses each of them in every aspect. I had so much going on during the course of this move.. I was all over the place and was so close to just giving up and staying where I was - but then I was put in touch with Jorge! RecommendedAvalon is amazing! Love living here! Beautiful property and maintenance gets stuff done quickly and efficiently. Management is on top of everything and the leasing agent is always helpful and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Tracie Enns was wonderful to talk with. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. The property was beautiful.
