We are now in year 3 of our Avalon experience, where our parents rent a one-bedroom apartment. From the most minor maintenance need to the most recent renovation, Avalon has failed to disappoint. The grounds are meticulously maintained through all seasons with particular attention to enforcement of aesthetic guidelines that sustain well kept neighborhood appearance. Individuals like Kara, Steve and Steve create a warm, friendly and responsive culture of caring. Can't recommend highly enough.
We have been here since last one year and renewed the lease for another year. We have had a fantastic experience of the entire community. The maintenance is outstanding and the team is very customer friendly. Steve always goes out of his way to greet us and make us feel at home. Not to mention the work - gets completed on time and to perfection. Thank you Avalon Bedford !!
My favorite feature that Avalon at Bedford Center offers: Kara and Steve (squared)! It is so nice to live in a “Community” that cares about me. So important as a single mom of two, working a full time job while juggling all of life demands.... to know that I can call/ email or go online and have any issues resolved quickly. Thank you!!
Steve is THE Best. Always prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He and his help get the job done quickly and effortlessly.
I just wanted to take a minute to say how wonderful our Maintenance guy Steve is. He always makes sure everything is taken care of quickly and efficiently. Last night our AC was broken and he did his best to try to fix it, As promised he came back first thing in the morning and brought some help and was able to get it fixed. Thank you again for everything.
Maintenance is awesome! Steve is always so helpful and so prompt at any repairs.
