I have lived in two different units in this apartment complex for a total of almost four years. Starting a year ago, when the prior manager left, the complex has not been run well. RecommendedI would highly recommend AVA in assembly. The staff are so nice, and the maintenance crew are quick to respond and fix even the smallest of problems. We’ve loved living here, and it’s very dog friendly!
RecommendedI moved to Avalon last year and Jack and his team were professional and so helpful and help us in all moving process and I think Jack is one of the best managers that I have ever seen and they managed services and amenities in pandemic very good and all the team are so friendly and try to help residents.
