My daughter lived there and management was poor!
My daughter lives here and I have witnessed first hand the lack of response from Avalon management regarding maintenance concerns. The property is poorly maintained and the staff really does not care. They've been so called "renovating" the fitness center, basketball court and residents lounge for over 5 months now. Mind you, these are amenities that residents have paid for with the ridiculous amenity fee Avalon charges and yet residents can't use any of it. It's all barricaded.
