Full of roaches ceiling caveing in and all they do is out a nail in it nothing gets fixed the maintenance guys are verry rude if u ain't their friends they treat u like trash if I could give a negitive star I would
I have been here for a total of 12 years .. I have watched it go from Garden villa to crescent Creek to Avalon and it is 100% better now ... I have good neighbors and enjoy seeing them ... I would recommend for anyone looking for a nice comfortable apt living to check into moving here... very happy tenant..
I lived there for 9 years not a bad place they are like any other apts I seen some of the comments if you have rats there are ways to get rid of them same as bed bugs and Shannon is a good manager
