My boyfriend and I signed a lease here on December 7th, 2019, they gave us the keys and we opened up to the WORST roach infestation I've ever seen (pictures attached) We notified the office staff immediately, and they assured us that they would take care of it and get us moved in as soon as possible. The outside lights don't turn on for 3 nights. When you go to take a walk. It's pitch black and you can't see where you're walking. I called maintence and left a messsage for 3 days and no one has fixed the issue and gotten back to me. This is bogus!!!

Avalon is so awesome! The office and maintenance staff are super nice and take care of everything right away!
Love living here. Quiet, clean, full of families, and kind people. If you are a pet lover this is the place to be. Management team & Maintenance are amazing. I highly recommend renting here.
Loving this place. Beautiful inside, love the layout. My only problem so far is I couldn't decide between a one or two bedroom! So glad Alliance took over and is really making this place amazing!
