The staff were great to work with, and did not treat my son like he was a "punk college kid" Which was wise on their part, because he is very neat and clean and probably left it better than when he moved in. Staff was very friendly and upbeat. Many residents... Staff was very friendly and upbeat. Many residents did not clean up after their dogs but the grounds crew was on the problem first thing every morning. Likes and suggestions: The central location is very convenient.
I dislike how mailing/package delivery is handled ... I dislike how mailing/package delivery is handled because multiple times throughout my years I have never been notified of a delivery, and wound up receiving my package months after it had been delivered (care packages, food, flowers, etc.). Likes and suggestions: I like the fact that the complex is very well lit, and how safe I feel all the time.
