Verified Renter Move-in The move in was really smooth. Liliana clear outlined the rules and regulations in clear and timely manner. Upon arrival the dishwasher didn’t work but that’s no big deal.

Verified Renter Amazing service My problem was solved in a timely manner and the maintenance guys are always friendly
Verified Renter Overall no complaints The only thing I would change is if Avalon could provide a top three dates and times for entry to the apartment to better prepare dogs and job for the entry. My dog is super anxious and will scream if he is put in a kennel and could harm himself. And if the residents could clean up after their dog, but that’s not administrations fault that other people suck. Other than that I love It here.
Verified Renter microwave issue While my issue was fixed, it’s still not perfect. There could have been better communication about the process or status of my repair. Apparently, they had ordered a part in order to fix it, but the communication I had received indicated that they had closed my request. The maintenance team was professional, friendly, and helpful, though!
Verified Renter Love my Apartment Community Nothing bad to say about this community. The management is engaged, helpful and very responsive when Tennets need them. They aren’t overbearing as management of some communities tend to be. I feel Avalon is a hidden gem in ILM much like the Avalon of myth those of us who find it are lucky.

Verified Renter No bad thing only suggestion The alarm system is pretty outdated and almost impossible to use and I noticed a few carpet bug but the could just be from the apartment being vacant for a while
