2 cats 3 dogs... Over the years I've taken all of my pets to Avalon. Currently Dr G and company care for my 3 dogs and I have no complaints. It's not the flashiest office and even though I've moved south of Seminole Heights I still bring my furry family members to be seen by him.
The Best In The World This is the best Vet ever. They treat you and your animals like family. They are a small staff and very dedicated in every way. You can tell they are really there for you and your pet and will go out of their way to help any way they can. Dr. G and Dr. Roy are awesome and they have one assistant (Marcy) who has the best personality I have ever seen, my dog did number 2 on the floor and she refused to let me clean it, she said that was her job and she didn't mind at all. AVALON IS A SPECIAL PLACE Dr G and his staff are the most caring and compassionate Vet in Tampa. I have lived in Tampa for 25 years. For the past 10 years, Avalon is were I have gone for all my Vet needs. It is simple because they care and it shows. There is a special feeling you have for your pet and this is that special place to go when there is a crisis or just a yearly check up. Anyone who needs a Vet they can count should come here.
Best Vet Ever!! This animal hospital is extremely personal and homey in atmosphere. Dr. G is a kind and patient person, and he and his staff are very personable with the animals and make them feel so at ease--even on the first visit. I have never seen anything like it before.
DR. GABOR IS THE BEST VET THERE IS..... I HAVE BEEN GOING TO DR. GABOR FOR OVER 15 YEARS. HE IS THE MOST COMPASSIONATE AND CARING VET THAT I KNOW. HE ALWAYS PUTS HIS PATIENTS FIRST. HE WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR HIS CLIENTS. TO ME IT IS A FIRST RATE VETERINARY PRACTICE. IT IS CERTAINLY NOT THE FANCIEST, BUT THAT DOESN'T MATTER TO ME. DR. Great vet I have been bringing my animals here for over a year and the vet and staff are professional, caring, and dedicated to animal care. The hours are also convenient. My oldest dog passed away from old age six months ago, and the receptionist was professional, empathetic, and very quick to tell me what to do and what my options were.
VERY HELPFUL i took my friends dog here i was pet sitting and the dog ate one of my plants, i took the dog and they took very good care of the dog and the prices where not bad
Greatest Vet I've found. This is truly one of those veterinarians who is in the business because he loves animals, not for the money. I have taken all of my pets to him for years. He is like a grandpa to my pets. I would trust no one else with their care. His prices are reasonable, it is a full service vet's office, including grooming and boarding. His office is an older building and showing some aging, but it is always very clean. I cannot reccommend him enough!
