The management here is laughable, they don’t care about the well-being of their tenants. Your Mail and car wheels will end up getting stolen here. LOOK ELSEWHERE
If you’re considering moving in, think twice. The parking lot has become a target for thieves, with car parts—including rims and tires—being stolen overnight. This isn’t a one-time incident; it keeps happening, and management has done little to improve security or protect residents. 4 cars had all 4 tires stolen and 1 car was stolen out front back in October. Nicole at Marquis at Andover was amazing. She is prompt, professional and went above and beyond with the entire process. She has a wonderful attitude especially assisting displaced families in need.
