They don't fix anything when you tell them that something needs it. It took them 2 years to fix the black mold in my bedroom so yes I slept I that and when the did they dis not put me up in a hotel until it was done and I hadn't heat at all

Avalon Alliance took over managing our lease in the middle of this last year, and since then, there has been little to no communication between the management company and ourselves. Tad Johnson, our property manager, epically failed at his role. Due to our poor experience, we decided not to rent with Avalon Alliance anymore. After putting countless hours of work, effort, and projects into this house, we were never thanked, reimbursed, or acknowledged in any way. After moving out, we rec... read more

Not to thrilled with this management company they do get things done but communication is iffy professional when they do show up but again not the best communication To add to my review because this has now got to be the worst rental experience ever. Avalon alliance took over as management where I was living.
