Horrible place, Tad is rude and disrespectful! He told me when I signed my lease we could possibly talk about a month to month when that time comes. That time is here, He sent me a letter in the mail asking was I willing to renew my lease! I left him a voicemail asked if we can do month to month and to let me know how he feels about it! They manage 325 E 8th st. Never saw them. I ended up mowing the lawn for 5 years. House is also infested with rats because the management company doesn’t do anything. They manage their fingers in their nose from what I see on my cameras. I’ll post more on Facebook. Dept of Health also notified. Lots of videos and even current videos of huge rats as of June 3rd. Place is unlivable now because of this company. Cheers
They don't fix anything when you tell them that something needs it. It took them 2 years to fix the black mold in my bedroom so yes I slept I that and when the did they dis not put me up in a hotel until it was done and I hadn't heat at all

Avalon Alliance took over managing our lease in the middle of this last year, and since then, there has been little to no communication between the management company and ourselves. Tad Johnson, our property manager, epically failed at his role. Due to our poor experience, we decided not to rent with Avalon Alliance anymore.
