RecommendedINCREDIBLE customer service. We had our air conditioner go out on July 3rd. We called and they were there and had it fixed in an hour. Will refer them to any and everyone!

Technician came out on a Sunday night and worked in a tropical storm to try get out AC cooling at our rented condo. He didn’t have to try but he did. Problem was to extensive to repair that night. They returned the next day to get the the AC cooling. Great company and service. Not many technicians would have even tried in the weather conditions we were experiencing.

Great service , they came out , ordered the part and repaired the AC , professional and trustworthy. Our grands were spending the night so this was extra important. Will always call when we need help with out ac .
Do not use!! Will scam you! Came to fix my AC and got it working. Then claimed it needed a new valve that the warranty would cover, but when I called to see if they were going to fix it they said it would cost $460. So we got a second opinion and they said nothing else was broken and we did NOT need a new valve. They are just trying to take peoples hard earned money!
Comfort Solutions installed our system approximately 7 years ago; Came home today after work and temp was 84 in the house!!! It was after normal hours. Hubby placed the call - after hours personnel were awesome and the AC Man was here in short order - professional, knowledgeable, courteous, dependable and very reasonably priced. Had us up and running in no time. Thank you Comfort Solutions - we appreciate y’all !!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!
Great service and customer experience!
Worst company I have ever dealt with purchased a unit for over $5000.00 and the piece of crap has broken down over three times in two years only for this company to charge me another $1000.00 plus in service charges and parts that a new unit should not need . BEWARE use some one else and try will never buy from this company a Or recommend them
My ac died and within hours it was 80 degrees. The owner even came out late to fix it! I’m so happy right now! Thank you so much for everything!
