Paul the technician was awesome! He throughly explained everything he did in terms I could understand. All that he did to service my unit was exceptional. I felt that he has great passion for what he does. He treats my unit as if it was his own. He takes great pride in making sure you are satisfied with the work he has done. It’s not just a job to him. I will recommend Avalon Air to everyone!

WOW!!! I called on a weekend and the technician (Jonathan) was at my house within 20 minutes from call. He was a total professional and found the problem immediately and fixed the issue. Very courteous and a pleasure to have him at my home. WELL DONE Avalon Air!!!!

Wanted to say thank you to 5 star Air Conditioning for the quick, affordable and prompt service we received today. Came home from a long Dental appointment and after relaxing for a few hours we noticed our air was not blowing cold. Called 5 star and they had Paul McWatters out within 30 minutes. Up and running with cold air in no time at all.
