The community is nice and well located. However, it is somewhat expensive for what it offers and you have to be careful with a couple of things: 1) Management: there's some lack of transparency and they prioritize profit way over customer experience - couple of examples: when lease ended and I returned the keys and asked for house inspection, I was told it was not needed an that security deposit refund would be mailed to me; when I reached to them 10 days later, I was told they always change carpets in stairs if pets lived... read more
This could be a nice place, but the grounds and exterior are not maintained. Windows on apartments are filthy with mold and spider webs...they know about this and do nothing about it. The pet waste stations are in ill repair, rusted and without lids in some cases. Dog waste is all over the place. There is litter behind the apartment buildings. It is left to rot there, even the landscapers are not told to remove it so it stays there. Parking is terrible.
