Very unprofessional didn't finish carpet left stains then when I took stains out and kindly asked for them to come back and re-dye carpet and willing to pay them, lady said she is having a bad week and needed to cut her tree down and will call me during superbowl Sunday to confirm a time for following week.So I told her I will be busy Superbowl Sunday And never heard back after several phone calls.
I have always had a timely response and appointment when using Avalanche, and Tammy and Duane are very thorough, nice people. I highly recommend the carpet dyeing service they offer as it made my carpet look brand new, without the price tag of new carpet. I will definitely be using them again.
They did an amazing job on my very used apartment carpet and brought it back looking better than before we even moved in! Very friendly people and great pricing made it a great experience overall.
