Extremely disappointed with the customer service and delivery timelines at Avala Wellness. I ordered braces five weeks ago after being explicitly assured they would arrive within two weeks. It has now been five weeks, and instead of resolving the issue or providing a real update, I am being told to wait yet another week. Unreliable delivery promises and poor follow-through. I would not recommend ordering from here if you need your items in a timely manner.

Really great clinic and a very helpful team! I’ve been having issues with my feet and posture, and the team at Avala Wellness did a great job assessing my situation and understanding what I needed. They also helped look into my insurance coverage and recommended the right orthotics and knee brace to support my feet, posture, and some of the injuries I’ve been dealing with. We had a great experience at Avala Wellness! This was our first time trying acupuncture, so I was a little nervous and wasn’t sure what to expect. The practitioner was very patient, explained everything clearly, and helped me understand the benefits of acupuncture before getting started.
