I do not live here yet but plan to. I've been shopping around and the Avala is at the top of my list. Not only did everything look great but Anna is a true professional. What sold me was first i was transparent about my legal troubles with drugs which I've moved on from and have changed my life so want so bad to live in a good community. Anna was totally understanding so whoever left a complaint about their background there HAS to be something else behind it. I recently moved to MAA Avala and I have had nothing but amazing service from Anna! Any little question I had she answered! The property is beautiful and clean. The apartments look exactly like they do online!
Very proactive maintenance team, and the management office is awesome. They have responded to multiple requests to look after my apartment while I was out of town. Set my AC to 70 and even turned on my computer for me :) I am very happy with the community.
Jason is the best very helpful went out his way to help and fix the problem very good on Communication
They are so helpful and accommodating and they are understanding. They have good hospitality and their friendly and nice!!
