Anna at the office has been amazing during my move in process and the maintenance man Joey has been great with solving the very few issues i’ve encountered
From the tour to completing the application process, Anna was such a huge help in getting me into a nice unit at MAA Avala. I have recently accepted a job offer in the area, and I wasn’t sure about where to live until I saw the apartment here. I loved that I got to tour the actual unit. Anna definitely helped make my move a little easier. I can tell the staff is all around great because and the property manager, Jeni, was helpful too. I can’t wait to move into my beautiful new apartment!
Anna has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout my leasing process. She is friendly, attentive, and made everything smooth and stress-free — I truly appreciated her care and professionalism. MAA Avala is a great place to live - and Anna is always available to help if need be!
I do not live here yet but plan to. I've been shopping around and the Avala is at the top of my list. Not only did everything look great but Anna is a true professional. What sold me was first i was transparent about my legal troubles with drugs which I've moved on from and have changed my life so want so bad to live in a good community. Anna was totally understanding so whoever left a complaint about their background there HAS to be something else behind it. I recently moved to MAA Avala and I have had nothing but amazing service from Anna! Any little question I had she answered! The property is beautiful and clean. The apartments look exactly like they do online!
