Started out okay but recently this apartment complex is nothing but a safety concern. Cars and apartments are being broken into (my car personally and my boyfriends now TWICE in the past 2 weeks). Our neighbors door frame had to be completely replaced after it was kicked in and our door has been tampered with as well. management’s response to the first car break in was sending an email for residents to “take precautions”. I recently moved to Georgia from California, this was my first big move. The ladies in the office were so kind and on top is things, they made the process so easy, it eased so much stress. I can always count on the ladies to respond quickly with any questions or concerns. The maintenance staff is wonderful. This is a really great place to live, I'm happy I made the move!
Anna is awesome—so friendly and easy to chat with, which made everything feel really welcoming from the start. The apartment complex is super nice, packed with great amenities, and it’s definitely a dog-friendly spot, with a clean dog park and a convenient dog grooming station. The only small issue is that parking can get a bit tight sometimes, but overall, it’s a fantastic place to call home with plenty of amazing places near by!
A great place to live! The people in the leasing office are always so nice. Whenever my family has a maintenance issue it is fixed super quick. Would definitely recommend.
Our move-in at MAA Avala was super smooth. Everyone who helped us out was great. Beth, Jeni, Travis, Jason, and Joey are all awesome, But I especially want to shout out Anna. She seriously went above and beyond to make sure everything went right. She was super helpful the whole time and made the process way easier. Overall, great experience moving in here!
