I've been to see Dr. Avakian a number of times and feel lucky I was referred to her. She knows her job well. I have read all the reviews and agree with all the great ones. We take my grandmother to a lot of eye appointment. And I can say this is hands down the best eye doctor in the area. She is straight forward, to the point, and incredibly thorough. She has helped my grandmother in ways no other doctor has been able to. She is also very thorough with her descriptions and explains everything as it is happening.

Dr. Avakian saved my vision 13 or 14 years ago when i was just a young dumb 19 years old avoiding treatment to my retinal condition for months. I never thanked her enough that she was blunt that she convince me i need treatment right away and she were able to preserve my retina without surgical procedure despite my retinal damage. She is straight and to the point and I found her quite funny as well.
