Good place to bank. Have used their services for years.
This is by far the best bank I have ever been to. Ths staff is amazing especially the manager. She is always friendly and has a smile on her face. Another branch of the same bank in another town the manager never smiles and has no idea about customer care. It is night and day between the two branches of the same bank. TO ALL THE STAFF IN AMES THANK YOU FOR BEING REAL!!!
