RecommendedDr. Holen is a miracle worker! i struggled with daily headaches, and no matter what other treatments i tried, nothing lasted! Back pain relief! After 25 years of chronic back pain and numerous doctor and PT visits I’ve found the answer. Dr. Holen thoroughly explains his process from testing, removal of soft tissue adhesions and simple exercises to build strength. His knowledge of muscles, nerves, joints and how adhesions limit mobility is top notch. The first $20 consultation (donated to Colorado Animal Rescue) will allow Dr. Holen to assess whether his treatments will help you. I highly recommend Dr. Holden!
Dr. Holen is the REAL deal. We have been making HUGE progress on my shoulder injury. I had tried most everything else before seeing him. I'm in my second session with Dr Holen, so far so good, had a headache for 3 weeks and today I had almost 6 hrs relief after he worked on my neck. I can't wait to go back next week to loosen up even more. I've tried massage therapist and chiropractic care for years with little results. I'm excited to finally get relief from the pain starting at the root of the problem. I will update the final results later when we get there!
My neck pain is gone and I have my range of motion back. The experience at Avail was excellent all around - from the initial consultation to determine if this treatment made sense for me, to the measurements that Dr. Holen takes to make sure we know my progress. By the second appointment, I had very noticeable results!
