I opened an account with Avadian Credit Union maybe about 2 months ago. It’s been hell since I’ve opened the account. I am well aware of all fees associated with my account including but not limited too, overdraft fees. I initially called in to report that the credit union incorrectly charged me for an NSF fee. I was told it was “nothing they could do because they don’t refund NSF fees”. I bit the bullet and just paid the fee. Accidentally left a debit card in the atm on Friday, by the time we realized it was after 5pm. Waited to Monday to call and get it and they had already shredded it. Like who does that? Why not give the person a chance to come get it. Now we are out of town stuck without a debit card. Will never be a member of this bank because the staff have no commons sense or decency.
