My recent experience with this bank was deeply disappointing and dehumanizing. Unfortunately, my bank does not have a branch in this city, leading me to seek assistance at this location, which was the closest option available. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a female teller. Very rude. I went in to make a deposit and the teller David, didn't make any greetings, it was almost awkward. I would suggest going to the Inverness Hwy 280 location. I will not come back to this location ever again.
This is the worse bank I have ever had. They flag walmart.com pick up orders amoung different online sites as fraud then you have to call them to verify the last month's worth of transactions. Not just one time but several times before they turn the card back on. Then you try and transfer money to an outside linked account verify your transaction and still it doesn't happen.
