I joined this bank 15+ years ago, prior to the acquisition/merger, when it was named Alabama Telco. Since merging, the customer service is hit or miss. I believe it must be outsourced, because you can't receive reliable assistance. I've been working for about 3 weeks now trying to obtain a tax document for my now closed account; after having to update my bank account number due to security breach/identity theft.
