Don't let your elderly parents go here alone, he did not listen to what the patient wanted and it took us going with her to return her hearing aids that weren't working for her. She went in twice before we went with her and the guy just kept pushing her to try them 2 more weeks, after a month of trying them she knew they weren't the ones for her, but he still wasn't listening. Thank goodness we went with her and finally got them returned and got a refund. Bad experience
Had several hearing tests but none as comprehensive as Tony put me through. Totally deaf in my right ear. Now have CROS type aids and can hear again.
Discussed all the options including new hearing aids or repairing my current hearing aids. I was able to make the best choice for my situation. Great customer support.
